Jin is kind - taking care of others comes naturally to him. He enjoys cooking, fishing, and playing video games.

Biography

Kim Seok-Jin was studying to become an actor, and was scouted by Big Hit Entertainment (now Big Hit Music) by a bus stop for his good looks. He had to learn singing and dancing from scratch.

In December that same year, he followed through with his mandatory military service. The service is scheduled to end on June 13, 2024.

In 2013, at 22 years old, he debuted as one of the four vocalists in BTS.

In 2022, he released his solo debut single ‘The Astronaut’.
